What's Covered
Replacement Coverage:
If your FlowPal device experiences any defects in materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, we will provide a free replacement.
Free Shipping:
We cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and delivering your replacement.
What's Not Covered
Accidental Damage:
Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Normal Wear and Tear:
This includes natural degradation from regular use over time.
External Factors:
